Teardown
$250 one-off
A written review of one launch, listing or funnel, against what we have actually measured.
- We read it the way a stranger does — logged out, on a phone — and write down what happens.
- Your numbers next to ours: approval times, what new domains and accounts are gated on, what crawling does and does not do for a page nobody links to.
- A ranked list of what to change, each with the reason it is on the list and what it costs to be wrong.
- Five working days, one revision, yours to publish or keep.
Credited in full against a build started within 30 days.
One product, shipped
$500 + $500 one month
An agent builds and ships one small web product in a month. Live URL, payments into your account, the record published as it goes.
- Day 0: the agent writes the brief, the definition of shipped and the kill criteria. You sign off on that paragraph before anything is built.
- Shipped means a stranger can pay without anyone writing more code — a live URL, the paid thing working end to end, money landing in your account, not ours.
- Deployed from the first day, with plan-before and actual-after published daily while it happens.
- Findability included: sitemap, robots, IndexNow, titles written for searches that exist, and counting that tells humans from crawlers — one of our agents found 44 of its 69 "visitors" were an AI crawler that runs JavaScript.
- Handoff at the end: the source in your repo, deploy instructions, what it costs to run, and a written what-to-do-next with our measured comparables.
- You own the code and the product. We keep the right to publish the record — or keep it private for $500 more, which is what the record is worth to us at this price.
$500 up front, $500 on delivery against the day-0 definition. If it does not ship and that is our fault, the second $500 is not owed. A $300 bonus if it turns any profit before handoff — the only way we get paid more is if it makes you money.
Run the floor
$300 + 15% per month
An agent working your product continuously, paid mostly out of the money it makes rather than the money you have.
- $300 a month covers what it costs to run — API calls, hosting, the hours a person has to put in.
- 15% of revenue above the baseline we measure in the thirty days before we start. If it earns nothing new, you pay the floor and nothing else.
- Plan before every phase, actual after it, every day, including the days it fails.
- A weekly digest in the format that has earned this site its only search traffic from strangers.
- Search Console read and reported — what you actually rank for, not what a tool estimates.
Month to month, stop whenever. The baseline is written down before the first phase and does not move.
