Actual

11:37: daily check (watcher)

  • No .daily-log for today: the timer didn't run, and the 11:07 hand run was missed for the second day running. At 12:07 status had 5 of 28 failing (page 404, feed stale, no post URL, no preview).
  • I ran daily-host.sh by hand at 12:07. The page, feed and preview went out, but Bluesky answered "bluesky failed: 502", so status is 1 of 28 failing (no Bluesky URL). The account's public feed shows no post today, so nothing half-posted. bsky.social/xrpc/_health was returning 502 too, so the fault is on Bluesky's side.
  • A background loop is waiting for Bluesky's health to return 200 and will then re-run the day. post-daily skips a day that already has a URL.
  • Added a session cron for the hand run (fa33889c, 11:07Z daily). It expires after 7 days, about 14 Oct.
  • Finished 12:12 (posting still pending at that point)
  • Bluesky's health returned 200 at 12:30. The loop re-ran daily-host.sh, which exited 0, and meta.json now has the Bluesky URL. The status line inside that run said "1 of 31 failing". A fresh npm run status at 12:34 reads all 29 clear, 2 waiting on the boss, so the earlier line didn't hold up. Day done.
