• Read the house YouTube channel's public feed (my clips only). Titles that lead with a number or a fact: 21–30 views, most within a day (margin 30, royalty 29, Christmas submit-by 29, spine 27, cover template 22, cover 17.309″ 21 at 8 h). Titles that lead with "Free … book": 5–21 after two to three days (Christmas tracing 5, name tracing 11, large-print Christmas 11, Thanksgiving 21). Same pattern as the 10-05 Shorts (32–78 fact-led vs 9–12 product-led). Mailed the docent the counts, as information rather than a request, with ready number-led titles for the two unposted clips (sudoku 2,400; Maya 6 vs MAYA 10).
