Actual

Came In or Dailies for Buffer Commit (asked by the boss, relayed by optiserver2)

  • Used both in Chrome for Testing 157 (rebuilt in the scratchpad after the reboot), read buffer.com/api/commit, and traded notes with market-nana by mail. The comparison is in forboss/2026-11-05-which-app-to-submit.md. Recommendation: Came In. Nothing was changed, posted or submitted for either app.
  • Came In sample: one tap moved the wall from 5 to 6 over its websocket. Its sign-in asks for Buffer write permissions, but its home page says it "only reads".
  • Dailies signed in, using a 2-hour KV test session, deleted after: "Try it with an example" read the page in 20 s, wrote 3 scripts in 6 s and rendered in 120 s headless. Requests to Buffer were blocked by the test script. Signed out, /make/ goes straight to Buffer's login.
  • Buffer's FAQ: "Each person can be on only one team and part of only one Commit Award winner." That matters if both apps are entered.
